TracStar™ uses a series of diagnostic tools to provide a real-time view of the project to keep it healthy and on-track. Productivity is tracked and indexed to job projections. Two-week “look-aheads” help us achieve better workflow coordination among our own people and the other trades with whom we interact. Field leadership is responsible for keeping their fingertips on the pulse of the project, and TracStar helps them do it.
