You can put the power of knowledge to work for you under several different contract types. We are partial to the design-build system, since it affords us the opportunity to play a bigger role at the design stage, when our experience can best help you avoid problems and take advantage of opportunities. But we are comfortable with GMP (Guaranteed Maximum Price), competitive bid, negotiated, or time and material arrangements as well. All projects can benefit from our optional building information modeling (BIM) service.

Our construction project résumé includes integrated systems for airports, hospitals, and healthcare research facilities, specialized manufacturing facilities, data centers, major public works facilities, and more.

Our contracts range from as little as $1000 to more than $10 million. We are frequently called upon early in the process to design and establish the budget for the electrical systems to be installed.
